  • As Aura Bouquet products are 100% handmade, each item takes time to craft. Standard orders typically take 3-7 business days to process.
  • Custom orders or bulk orders may require more time. we will inform you of the estimated production cycle after order confirmation.

2.Shipping Estimates

  • Shipping time depends on your location. The following are rough estimates:Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days. Expedited Shipping: 7-12 business days.

3.Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

4.Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

5.Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Aura Bouquet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6.Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately.

 

Please Note: Since crochet bouquets are delicate, we package them carefully to prevent deformation. Slight compression may occur during long-distance transit; simply fluff them gently upon arrival to restore their shape.
