Refund policy

1.Policy Overview

• Thank you for shopping at Aura Bouquet. As our crochet bouquets are handmade and often customized, we hope you understand our refund and return policy.
• Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2.Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Due to the nature of handmade items, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

3.Non-returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned: Custom-made products (such as specific color combinations or personalized tags), sale items, and gift cards.
  

4.Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  

5.Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
